Request a refund through Support within 14 days of your first subscription payment, including an annual payment. You do not have to prove a defect; feedback is optional.

The guarantee applies once per company. Repeat signup/refund abuse is excluded. Renewals and separately agreed migration or third-party services are outside this introductory guarantee.

Approved eligible subscription payments are refunded in full to the original payment method where possible. We aim to initiate approved refunds within seven business days; payment-provider processing can take longer.

We arrange an export opportunity before closing the workspace. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself initiate a refund. These terms do not restrict rights that apply under local law.
