Subscription terms

Access is invitation-only. We confirm your package, staff allowance, storage arrangement, price, currency and billing cycle before activation. There is no automatic online checkout on this website.

Annual subscriptions cost nine monthly payments, a 25% discount. Introductory pricing may change for future terms; the agreed price stays fixed during the paid term. Renewal increases are communicated before renewal.

Additional staff, managed storage and applicable taxes are confirmed in your quote. Client portal accounts do not count as staff seats. Provider outages and usage limits may affect integrations and AI.

AI drafts require human review. Use generic instructions with free-tier AI; never submit private client information. Contact Support for cancellations, billing questions or assistance.
